_The main characteristics of the need are linked to the carrying out of geotechnical reconnaissance through in-situ and laboratory survey campaigns on the samples taken: Soil and rock investigation campaigns by surveys and in-situ tests, Campaigns and piezometric surveys, permeability tests, Laboratory tests to characterize the properties of soils and rocks sampled, including environmental analyzes Storage and/or transfer of surveys and samples. _This is a framework agreement executed according to the services implemented, by the issuance of purchase orders or by the conclusion of subsequent contracts in application of articles R2162-2 to R2162-14 of the order code public The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 4 years from its date of notification It is tacitly renewable once for a period of 4 years The framework agreement will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 15, 000, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for its entire duration Subject to a sufficient number of admissible applications with regard in particular to the conditions of participation appearing in this call for competition and in the regulations for the consultation of the phase of application as well as subsequently a sufficient number of classified offers, the maximum number of successful candidates envisaged is 3 Framework agreement for the provision of geological and hydrogeological reconnaissance services, etc.
