The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of comprehensive services in the field of human resources in the IT area for the Institute of Communications of the National Research Institute that meets specific requirements and has specific competences and experience. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions regarding orders (implemented on the basis of the Implementing Agreement), that may be granted during the term of the Framework Agreement. Orders will be fulfilled successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, after the Ordering Party has carried out the execution procedure - i.e. submitting the Invitation to submission of offers, submission of the offer by the Contractor and selection of the most advantageous offer.
