Framework agreement to provide external capacities for the support and development of AI cloud solutions in the Microsoft Azure environment The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of § 131 et seq. of the law. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years, or until exhaustion of the financial limit in the amount of CZK 20, 000, 000 excluding VAT, whichever occurs first (hereinafter also referred to as the "framework agreement"). The framework agreement will be concluded between the above-mentioned contracting authority and up to three participants in the procurement procedure, namely with participants who after the evaluation, they place in the first to third place. Individual public contracts will be awarded on the basis of a framework agreement in a procedure without the renewal of competition between the participants of the framework agreement according to § 134 paragraph 1 of the Act. In accordance with the provisions of Section 132, Paragraph 4 of the Act, they are all the conditions of performance of the public contract (i.e. including the procedure for awarding individual public contracts based on the framework agreement) are contained in the framework agreement, the binding content of which is Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation - Proposal of the framework agreement. Subject to the performance of the framework agreement is the provider's commitment to provide professional, consulting, architectural, development and implementation services in the field of cloud/hybrid solutions using, among other things, artificial intelligence on the Microsoft Azure platform. Conclusion of a framework agreement in the sense of § 131 a seq. of the Act will allow the contracting authority to award public contracts for agreed performance according to its current needs.
