- Lot 1: Project Management Assistance Missions (AMO) in terms of feasibility study or technical diagnosis for any type of building work operation regardless of the amount of the operation.

- lot 2: Project Management Missions (MOE) in the caddress of construction or rehabilitation or compliance operations for which the amount of project management fees per planned operation is estimated to be lower than the threshold of formalized procedures.

Duration of 12 months from notification, renewable 3 times for a year, ns that the total duration does not exceed 4 years

Project Management Assistance Missions

Single-award framework agreement with purchase orders for Project Management Assistance (AMO) missions relating to the study of feasibility or technical diagnosis for any type of building work operation whateverwhatever the amount.

Without minimum annual amount / Maximum annual amount: 200, 000 euro(s) excluding VAT

Mandatory skills expected of candidates in architecture and construction engineering (technical, urban, financial and programming study) with a view to the carrying out feasibility studiesity, building programming and technical diagnosis
