This contract is a service contract whose purpose concerns stability and hydraulic engineering missions, hydromorphological and landscaping studies, for all types of structures and works located in the bed of the river courses. water and their banks throughout the basin of theVesdre.

This contract was awarded as part of the program relating to "the resilient reconstruction of the banks of the Vesdre basin". The operational objective of this project is to secure watercourses and properties located nearby, and to reduce the risk of flooding in this area.territory, by carrying out an adequate reconstruction of its banks.

The Resilient Reconstruction project is part of the Wallonia project and is financed by Program 319 of its Recovery Plan. A budget estimated at around 250 million euros is allocated to it for the period 2024-2027. SPI has been appointed by the Region as project owner for the coordination and implementation of this work.

The contract aims at the conclusion of a multi-awardee framework agreement within the meaning of article 2, 35 and 43 §3 of the law of June 17, 2016.
