The Norwegian Directorate of Culture would like to enter into a framework agreement for graphical design services including advice and any further development of the existing visual profile, documentation of visual profile, design of profiling material, design of digital content for our channels including the further development of existing templates for digital content, including page templates for new websites. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time, for 2 years. An agreement will be signed with one tenderer.
