Framework agreement for procurement assistance The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a - 1 - supplier who has procurement professional capacity and expertise that is relevant to SPK's procurement profile. The agreement will primarily ensure SPK is effective access to assistance for the implementation of acquisitions. In addition, the agreement must ensure that SPK has access to legal assistance in public procurement if necessary. Within the framework agreement, it may be appropriate at times to provide more general procurement-related assistance to related services. For example, in periods of need for specific procurement-related expertise. The agreement includes the following service areas: Operational procurement professional assistance Legal assistance Other procurement-related services Total financial scope for the entire framework agreement period of 4 years is estimated to be between NOK 3 and 6 million. excl. VAT The framework agreement's upper limit is NOK 6 million. excl. VAT.
