Tender Details

The tender concerns the Framework Agreement for the purchase and delivery of Audit services to the affiliated companies in Tønder Forsyning. For a more detailed description of the services offered, including the requirements the services must meet, please refer to the requirements specification (appendix 2) and the offer list (appendix 3), as well as any corrections and answers to questions. The services include annual delivery of the following services for the individual companies and the group: Preparation of annual report Statutory audit Statutory auditor's report and assistance for management declarations Reporting of annual report to the Danish Business Authority Regulatory assistance Preparation of tax statements, tax returns and reporting to tax As well as the option of various optional services The annual turnover and number of invoices for Tønder Forsyning's group is: Net turnover for 2024: DKK 203, 000, 000. Gross turnover for 2024: DKK 273, 500, 000 Total number of purchase invoices received is: Tønder Vand A/S: 1, 000 pcs. Tønder Service A/S: 1, 500 pcs. Tønder Spildevand A/S: 3, 000 paragraph Tønder Affal A/S: 1, 700 pcs. Tønder Deponi A/S: 400 pcs. Tønder Renewable Energy A/S: 50 pcs. (as the company has just started with an expectation of less than 500 units/year) The salary is around DKK 35, 000, 000 and all employees are employed by Tønder Service A/S.
