Framework agreement on process assignments
The Government Attorney invites competition for a three -year framework agreement with an option on one year extension on the execution of process assignments for Norwegian courts on behalf of the state, communicated through the Government Attorney. The framework agreement mainly applies to assignments as a process representative for the state in the areas of social security and pension as well as immigration law. The agreement also applies to process assignments in some other areas of law in special needs.
