Tender Details

The contracting authority requires a framework agreement with one or more service providers (maximum 3) for the preparation of renovation advice tailored to the home and the resident. The purpose of this assignment is to encourage citizens to renovate their home to EPC label A, the label thatall homes must be reached by 2050. The renovation advisor draws up the renovation advice. Firstly, the renovation consultant carries out an on-site scan of the home to see which energy-saving works are necessary and can be carried out. Then he/she givesWe advise, convince and help the customer to carry out the investments in the correct order (avoiding technical lock-ins) and taking the 'trias energetica' into account. In addition to drawing up a step-by-step plan, a priority list of 2 to 3 energy-saving works is drawn up in a function of the budget and the renovation wishes of the customer. The renovation advisor points out to the customer the available premiums and financing options. This framework contract also includes requests from small apartment buildings (max. 6 residential entities) as customers.
