Framework agreement for the planned construction and renovation of public lighting facilities in coordination The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement to ensure the gradual replacement, construction or modification of masts, lighting fixtures, cable lines, switchboards and other equipment public lighting in the territory of the capital city of Prague, with partial provision of material by the Client (selected types of masts and booms, lamps and switchboards). The activities in question will be requested in mutual coordination with a third party. Coordination will mainly consist of (i) cooperation between selected suppliers in each part of this Public Contract and suppliers of surface managers and other engineering networks and (ii) administrative coordination, including negotiations with relevant authorities and synergistic third parties parties.
