Buildings in the North region (143 buildings) Buildings in the Central region (104 buildings) Buildings in the South region (117 buildings) Framework agreement for the performance of result-oriented and sustainable window cleaning services for school, administrative and technical purposes buildings of the Autonomous Municipal Corporation for Urban Education Antwerp (AG SO). The services are carried out in accordance with a work program determined in advance and in mutual consultation, to be discussed between the contractor and the managing official of AG S.O. After the assignment has been awarded, the contractor is expected to make all necessary preparations to provide smooth, efficient and high-quality services throughout the duration of this assignment, in consultation with the manager. official. AG SO assumes a proactive and quality-oriented attitude on the part of the contractor. The assignment includes different types of buildings, such as administrative, technical and school buildings. The buildings may also house other activities, such as (out-of-school) childcare, cultural center, administrative services... The buildings are located on the territory of the city of Antwerp, with some buildings in Brasschaat, Borsbeek and Burcht.
