Description: The subject of the Public Contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with 3 (three) participants ("Framework Agreement"), the binding model of which is Annex No. 2 to the ZD. The award of public contracts on the basis of the Framework Agreement will take place in accordance with the procedure without renewal of competition pursuant to Section 134 of the Public Procurement Act and in accordance with the procedure with renewal of competition pursuant to Section 135 of the Public Procurement Act. In the procedure without renewal of the competition, partial public contracts will be awarded, the estimated value of which in an individual case will not exceed CZK 5, 000, 000 excluding VAT. However, the contracting authority is entitled to always award a partial public contract in accordance with the procedure with the renewal of the competition (in the mini-tender).

On the basis of the Framework Agreement, individual partial public contracts will be awarded, the subject of which will be the implementation of individual activities in the implementation of:

(a) major or extraordinary inspections of bridges and bridge structures;
(B) diagnostic examination of bridges and bridge structures;
(C) calculation and recalculation of the load capacity of bridges.
