The object of this assignment concerns: framework agreement for organizing the annual fashion show of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp. The contractor is responsible for the organization of the annual fashion show in consultation with the contracting authority and the RoyalAcademy of Fine Arts. The assignment consists of the two important parts: part 1 - Production Assistance: these services consist mainly of the (production) organization and preparation of the fashion show and production assistance during the fashion show; Part 2 - Technology: ThisServices consist mainly of the provided audiovisual material (including structure and demolition) tailored to the production of the fashion show. Preparations always start somewhere at the beginningof the academic year (October-November). This thus concerns the implementation of services that spread over almost a full academic year with the center of gravity during the fashion show itself (as well as its structure and demolition).
