The purpose of the agreement is to ensure safe, efficient and stable operation of the street lights, at the same time as upgrading older facilities to more modern and cost-effective solutions. The supplier will be a central partner for the municipality and will work closely with the municipality's project manager to find the best professional and financial solutions for the future. The framework agreement must include maintenance of street lights on municipally maintained roads. The work will include changing light bulbs that no longer light and replacing old light fixtures where this is necessary. It would be desirable to have zone changes on some stretches of road and individual changes of light sources in other places. Controls and power supply is part of the street lighting system and will be included in street lighting maintenance. The supplier of the framework agreement will be called out by SogndaI municipality via the municipality's maintenance system, and must carry out the order within one month of ordering the light change. Tenesta deals with maintenance on approx 4, 000 street light fittings throughout Sogndal municipality. The street light consists of somewhat newer LED fittings, sodium vapor lamps and older HQL lamps. There are approximately 200 measuring points for street lights in Sogndal municipality.
