Framework agreement on occupational health services
Background Avfall S0r AS, Avfall S0r Husholding AS and Avfall S0r Naering AS (hereafter collectively referred to as the Employer) must enter into a new framework agreement on occupational health services as a result of the existing agreement expiring. The companies have collected approx. 100 employees distributed on administrative and operational operational functions. The supplier must be able to deliver services to all the companies covered by the agreement. The procurement must ensure that the Employer has access to the necessary occupational health services to meet statutory requirements and support the preventive HSE work. By serious/urgent incidents, the Client will need to be able to meet the supplier within 1 hour. Either by the Client traveling to the supplier, or by the supplier meeting at one of our locations. The client has recycling stations, waste facilities and administration in Kristiansand and Vennesla municipality. This involves office and operational workplaces with exposure to biological, chemical, ergonomic and physical risk conditions. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns the delivery of occupational health services to the Principal through a framework agreement. The delivery must be able to include both strategic and operational assistance for the company's work with HSE, working environment and prevention of work-related illness and injury.
