Framework agreement No. 2 regarding the Technical Protection System (SOT), Fire Alarm System (SSP) and fences 1. The subject of the Order is the conclusion of Framework Agreement No. 2 regarding the Technical Protection System (SOT), Fire Alarm System (SSP). and fences. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Functional and Utility Program (P-FU). 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of applying the option right within the meaning of Art. 441 of the Act at the stage of the Executive Order 4. Names and Common Procurement Vocabulary codes: 45000000-7, 3512000-1, 45220000-5, 45300000-0, 45310000-3, 45311000-0, 45314000-1, 45316000-5, 45317000-2, 71320000-7, 80511000-9, 80531200-7. 5. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes subject of the Order by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned.
