Tender Details

The aim of the Contracting Authority is to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the provision of National wheelchair transport. The Framework Agreement is concluded for a period of 4 years, with the possibility after the first two (2) years exists to unilaterally terminate the Agreement. The requirements that the Contracting Authority imposes on the contract and the conditions under which it must be carried out are detailed in the associated tender documents. The assignment concerns the execution of national wheelchair transport for military personnel and civilians throughout the Netherlands and occasionally to and from Germany and Belgium. An important part of this service concerns the transport of clients between rehabilitation and healthcare institutions within the defense care chain. This concerns people who are recovering after, for example, an accident, surgery, illness or neurological disorder. The target group consists of both military personnel and civilians, including international clients. Not all clients have a command of the Dutch or English language, which the contractor must take into account when providing the services.
