Framework agreement for municipal aquatic entertainment services in the new commune of Saint-Denis This framework agreement covers the management, operation and monitoring of the community's aquatic system. The services concern the School Municipal Sports, Family Sports sessions, learning to swim courses during school holidays and other activities supported by the municipality. The incumbent ensures educational supervision, security of practitioners and the conduct of sessions throughout the year. It guarantees compliance with surveillance standards, the quality of reception and the coordination of activities. The objective of this framework agreement is to ensure an attractive, secure aquatic service and accessible to all audiences. This is a single awardee framework agreement with subsequent service contracts concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of €250, 000 excluding tax per period of one year, i.e. a total of €1, 000, 000 excluding tax over the total duration of the contract. 4 years..
