The AP University of Applied Sciences wants to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of various licenses to support the employees and the operation of the organization. This concerns licenses for various applications, developer and monitoring tools and other software employees within the organization can use and support in the performance of their work. In concrete terms, the framework agreement is expressed in the form of “broker services” in which an external service provider supports the AP University of Applied Sciences as an intermediary. in obtaining, managing and optimizing the desired software solutions at the best price-quality ratio on the market. In other words, the broker acts as an independent intermediary between the AP University of Applied Sciences (as customer) and the market of software suppliers (providers).
