Framework Agreement for the mission of operational town planner of the Lyon Confluence Concession on the Rhône side This consultation aims to appoint an operational town planner who will support the developer in the implementation of the Lyon Confluence operation, the term is planned for 2030. It will be entrusted with a framework agreement covering the entire scope of the development concession held by SPL Lyon Confluence. The latter covers the ZAC Lyon Confluence 2nd phase, and the historic Perrache district Sainte-Blandine.
