Framework agreement for minor replacement and extension works and works in HVAC direction. The assignment relates to the supply and/or installation of works and maintenance of HVAC installations (including all necessary services) in the buildings that are managed, rented or designated by AG Vespa and/or the Antwerp group. The partial orders placed under this agreement differ greatly in size, although all are limited to a maximum amount of 50, 000.00 euros (excl. VAT). The contracting authority expressly draws attention to the fact that minor works constitute a significant share of this agreement and the tenderer must therefore take a corresponding return into account when calculating his quote.
