Framework agreement for metal and steel work The client has an ongoing need for metal and steel work, particularly in connection with work on churches and cemeteries, but also on other properties and facilities. The work includes, among other things, the manufacture and delivery of fences, gates and specially adapted components. The main performance of the contract is the manufacture and delivery of the requested products and components, it will also include associated works, including transport, adaptation, assembly, dismantling and construction and construction works that are necessary to carry out the total delivery. The service delivery and the assembly work are expected to make up roughly equal parts of the contract, with a somewhat larger share linked to assembly and associated construction and construction work. Specified products that include materials and work, and with a value over NOK 1, 300, 000, e.g. VAT can be tendered separately. The agreement must be entered into for a period of two (2) years. The client has the option to further extend the agreement by one (1) year at a time, up to two (2) times. The maximum total agreement period is thus four (4) years. If the client uses all options, the expected total value of the procurement is NOK 10, 000, 000. The maximum contract value is NOK. 15, 000, 000. The sum is calculated on historical data.
