The object of the assignment is a framework agreement for marketing assignments. The contractor is expected to communicate in the name of Tourism Flanders mainly internationally but also nationally to consumers, external partners, and to the tourism sector in Flanders.More specifically, the assignment relates to the implementation of the following performance (non-exhaustive): • Translation of strategic objectives into marketing and communication strategy and plan • Development of campaigns: from concept and strategy to implementation (multi-channel) • Project management:meticulous follow -up of planning, budgets, etc. • Development and implementation of communication plans • Development and realization of campaign carriers, such as flyers, posters, Framework website/landing pages, etc. • Community management: Social Media Accounts management • Influencer Marketing •Content creation: texts, photos, videos, etc. • Design toolkits for trade fairs, events, etc. • Stakeholder communication This framework agreement consists of two plots based on the type of assignments. • Plot 1: Hero campaigns according to the vision of Tourism Flanders "Flora et Labora" (seeWebsite Tourism Flanders and Appendix 12) We promote Flanders mainly on the basis of 6 themes that form our USPs: Flanders Heritage experience, Flanders Natural, Culinary Flanders, Flanders Fietsland, Congresses and Events supplemented with everyone deserves vacation.
