The subject of the order is the execution of the order entitled: "Framework agreement for the maintenance of rivers and watercourses in the area of activity of the Jasło Catchment Management Board", divided into 5 parts: Part 1: Maintenance of rivers and watercourses in the area of operation of NW Mielec Part 2: Maintenance rivers and watercourses in the area of operation of NW Ropczyce Part 3: Maintenance of rivers and watercourses in the area of NW Dębica operations Part 4: Maintenance of rivers and watercourses in the area of NW Jasło operations Part 5: Maintenance of rivers and watercourses in the area of NW Gorlice operations Purpose of this procedure is to conclude framework agreements with a maximum of ten contractors for each part. These agreements are intended to establish the conditions for awarding partial orders, which may be implemented within a period of 3 years from the date of conclusion of the agreement framework. The indicated quantities (measurements) in the "Framework Cost Estimates" are indicative values. Pursuant to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the framework agreement does not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to award any contracts pursuant to it future orders. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the terms of implementation of the subject of the order for a given part of the order are included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - Technical Documentation. Individual partial orders will consist in the implementation of works specified, among others, in the Technical Documentation.
