Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the conclusion of framework agreements for works related to the maintenance of public inland surface waters and water facilities in the area of ​​operation of the Catchment Management Board in Białystok. 2. Description of the subject of the order: a) Purpose of carrying out of this procedure is to conclude 5 framework agreements, one for each part of the order, between the Ordering Party and a maximum of ten Contractors for each part, in order to establish the terms of contracts that may be awarded in the period up to 36 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as "implementation orders". These orders will include the performance of works related to the maintenance of public inland surface waters and water facilities located within the Management Board's area of ​​operation. Catchment area in Białystok. b) The detailed scope of the order is specified in: simplified framework documentation for the provision of services in the field of maintaining public inland surface waters and water facilities - Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and framework implementation guidelines and acceptance of works - Annex 7 to the SWZ. c) Pursuant to the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, the framework agreement does not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to award any future orders on its basis, and the quantities of units indicated in the "framework lists of works" are are indicative and serve only to compare submitted offers. 3.
