Object of this service: Framework agreement for the maintenance and development of software projects on the Salesforce platform of VZW DE SINGEL. Explanation: This government contract concerns a framework agreement for services related to the maintenance and updating of the current Salesforce platform of DE SINGEL. This includes non-exhaustively: • maintaining and updating new functionalities and custom planning user interfaces for planning productions (program), people and materials. These custom planning user interfaces must smartly take a series of parameters into accountrs so that the planner's work becomes easier, such as: o the collective labor agreement rules of the sector; o contracts for both internal and external employees; o capacity of resources (people, spaces, materials, etc.); o the current planning of resources (people, spaces, materials, etc.); o leave planning fromn employees; o the qualifications/skills of the employees; o the inspections of materials; o maintenance/repairs of materials; • maintaining and updating web portals and mobile applications for communication with various parties (customers, employees and third parties, such as security, students, etc.); • integration with ticket systems, for retrieving data related to customers and sales of tickets and subscriptions, and for pushing performance scheduling from the current Salesforce to the ticketing system.
