Description: This is a mixed framework agreement. It is thus executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The framework agreement is mono-award. A group of orders has been set up between the city of Niort and the municipal center for social action only with regard to lot 5 (maintenance services for relay and emergency accommodation). The city of Niort is the coordinator of the group. It will therefore ensure the implementation of the contract, from its award to its notification, and will also bear the award of riders and subsequent contracts when they concern all the members of the group. Lot 7: market reserved for structures for integration through economic activity (SIAE) mentioned in article L. 5132-4 of the labor code and equivalent structures when they employ 50% of workers disadvantaged (article L. 2113-13 of the CCP).
