The mission focuses on the organisation and implementation of a comprehensive 'Minder Hinder' (less nuisance) approach, mainly in the Flemish periphery (Vlaamse Rand). For the Flemish periphery in particular, the entire R0 will be examined more broadly. As an option (mandatory option), there are also plans to reduce this type of service in the wider area around Ghent (following DWV works, such as the works planned at Gentspoort and possibly part of the R4WO works). The task consists of inventorying and mapping the various construction sites and activities in the region, on behalf of various project owners, and coordinating them as far as possible. As part of this coordination task, it may be necessary to carry out simulations at the macro, meso and, where appropriate, micro levels. In addition, this assignment also includes general support and advice on reducing nuisance.
