The object of the assignment concerns the provision of legal support in various forms, including written and oral advice, attendance at meetings, screening of documents, assistance in disputes and representation. in the law of the Flemish Region regarding legal disputes before the courts and other dispute resolution bodies with regard to disputes, where the interests of the Flemish Region are represented by the Wonen in Vlaanderen agency or the Flemish Society for Social Housing (hereinafter VMSW). The legal support can relate to various topics and legal areas within the Environment policy domain, for which the Living in Flanders agencies or the VMSW are competent or are involved. The issues to be addressed may be of a particularly complex, principled, important or delicate nature and may require a multidisciplinary approach. The subject of this assignment must therefore be interpreted broadly. Plot 1: Home quality monitoring This parcel includes legal services in all its facets relating to the theme of housing quality assurance, with the exception of criminal enforcement (book, 3 part 9 of the Flemish Codex Housing (hereinafter VCW)).
