Framework agreement for legal services (qualification phase) Vaksdal municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier who will deliver legal services to the municipality. The purpose of the procurement is to cover the municipality's ongoing need for legal services, mainly related to issues that will arise in connection with Bane NOR and the National Road Administration's work with the Joint Project Arna-Stanghelle (FAS) which runs through Vaksdal municipality. The Arna-Stanghelle joint project (FAS) is a collaborative project between Bane NOR and the National Road Administration to build a safer and faster road and rail route between Arna outside Bergen and Stanghelle in Vaksdal municipality.
