Framework agreement for the lease and operation of equipment for measuring vehicle speed in the administrative district of the municipality with extended scope of Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav The subject of the public contract is the rental of up to 30 devices for measuring the speed of vehicles on roads and their components and accessories (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"). A more detailed specification of the subject of the public contract is given in the Framework Agreement and in other annexes to the procurement documentation. The equipment will be entrusted for use by the contracting authority on the basis of sub-contracts (orders) in compliance with the Framework Agreement. More detailed requirements for the place, time of installation and operation of the equipment, and other conditions will always be determined in the partial contract (order), in accordance with the conditions agreed in the Framework Agreement. Equipment means the entire complex of equipment for measuring the speed of vehicles, i.e. a radar complex for segmental speed measurement of vehicles, which includes several radars operating independently or together with other radars, is considered as 1 device. The device is thus the entire complex of things enabling measurement vehicle speeds on a certain section.
