Framework agreement Landscape architect The assignment includes landscape architect assignments in connection with conversions, additions and new buildings in the Customer's stock. This means including preparation of land planning documents and VA documents in connection with new, re-or extension of separate types of houses within the Customer's stock. An agreed consultant for external VA according to the role description must be available within the organization or as a sub-consultant. The same hourly rate for landscape architect applies to exterior VA. The assignment includes landscape architect assignments in connection with conversions, additions and new buildings in the Customer's stock. This means among other things, preparation of land planning documents and VA documents in connection with new, remodeling or additions to buildings types of houses within the Orderer's stock. An agreed consultant for external VA according to the role description must be available within the organization or as a sub-consultant. The same hourly rate for landscape architect applies to exterior VA. The consultant must have a resource within the company that masters project planning in BIM.
