FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR JLGMH DIALYSIS SERVICES CY 2026
1) The City Government of Olongapo through the Local Fund of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ninety Million Pesos Only (P/90, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT for JLGMH Dialysis Services CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Olongapo now invites bids for FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR JLGMH DIALYSIS SERVICES CY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required One (1) year. Bidders should have completed, at least Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
