The Norwegian Labor Inspection Authority wishes to enter into one framework agreement with one supplier for consulting services within IT operations. The client needs basic and specialist expertise in IT operations. There may also be a need for consultancy services for larger projects. The Norwegian Labor Inspectorate's IT section and central IT components are located in Trondheim. On certain occasions, it will still be necessary to provide assistance at other office locations. The bulk of assignments can be done via digital channels and thus without physical attendance. The operational assistance may include, among other things: • Assistance with major updates • Troubleshooting • Training • Major configuration changes • Optimizations of operations and the operating environment
