Tender Details

The tender includes a framework agreement for the supply of IT consultancy services for testing.

The overall purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that the National Police has access to highly qualified consulting assistance in connection with testing IT solutions, both when acquiring/developing new solutions and when changingg/further development of existing solutions.

The framework agreement includes consulting assistance within the consulting categories "test management", "testers" and "technical testers".

The framework agreement includes consulting assistance for the following tasks:

Test management

Testing in general

Technical testing and test automation

Test in agile development teams

Non-functional testing

General advice on testing

The specific tasks under the framework agreement are delivered in accordance with a delivery agreement entered into by the parties, which contains the most important information in relation to the execution of the task.

The tasks will mainly have to performs within traditional project teams, where the IT solutions are procured by tender, and where there is therefore a focus on supplier management, compliance and verification.

However, it is the National Police's expectation that in the coming years there will be a greater focus on in-house development of software, where the taskscovered by the framework agreement will therefore have to be carried out as part of the agile development and together with the agile teams. pro...
