Framework Agreement for the Issuance of Purchase Orders Relating to Masonry Works Within the Rungis International Market
Subject: The works under this Framework Agreement mainly concern masonry maintenance work both indoors and outdoors, as well as roadworks throughout the Rungis International Market (234 hectares and approximately 154 Buildings).This mainly involves:‐ The creation of slabs, paving, demolition, masonry partitions;‐ - The restoration of damaged concrete structures (courtyard slabs, delimitation borders, main aisles, sealing of concrete buffers). Roads and Defense Bollards; - The construction and installation of concrete structures and furniture (pedestrian path slabs, low walls, sidewalks, street furniture, lighting poles). This contract will begin on January 1, 2027 for a firm duration of 2 Years Renewable for periods of one year, without its total duration exceeding 4 years. The framework agreement is concluded with a single holder without guarantee of exclusivity. The Maximum Annual Order Amount Is 600, 000 Euros Excl. VAT, Or €2, 400, 000 Excl. VAT On A Duration Of 4 Years. No Minimum Amount is Guaranteed.
