This consultation is relaunched following the without follow-up declaration of the previous consultation by decision n ° 2023-17 of February 28, 2024 due to substantial modification of the intervention perimeter of the framework agreement. The present procedure adapted is subject to Provisions of articles R.2123-1 to R.2123-7 of the Public Order Code. This consultation will be made in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162 -14 of the public order code relating to framework agreements and in application of articles L.2113-12 and L2113-13 of the public order relating to the reserved markets. It is a mixed framework agreement with a party Loncade and a party with orders without minimum, with a maximum of orders of 45, 000 HT on the duration of the framework agreement as provided for in article 2.6 of these consultation regulations, concluded with an economic operator.
