This contract is a "contract for services" within the meaning of Article 2.21 of the Public Contracts Act. The subject of this assignment concerns: Framework agreement with a view to integrated ICT services to HVZ Waasland, which acts as a purchasing center. The subject of this assignment concerns: an integrated ICT service to the Waasland Emergency Care Zone that acts as a purchasing center according to the business model "ICT as a service": IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service) and AMaaS (Application Management as a Service). The order includes the delivery, installing and hosting an ICT platform for zonal control of all services and applications within an emergency zone. This assignment specifically includes the following assignments on behalf of the contractor: - Data center services (Cloud services); - Network services (LAN/LAN connectivity WAN); - Business Application services; - License management; - Security services; - Workplace services (back office services): Operating System; Hardware: global and end user (computer, tablet, ...); Printing as a service; - Telephony; - CCTV/camera surveillance; - Access control; - Integration service; and - Consultancy Services/ ICT profiles.
