The city of Kortrijk is launching this specification for the acquisition and installation of fixed emergency buttons, with the aim of increasing the safety of employees by enabling them to quickly and efficiently call for help in the event of aggression incidents or other emergencies. Employees are regularly confronted with aggression in the workplace. At the City of Kortrijk we attach great importance to a safe working environment for all our employees. There is therefore a need for a reliable and accessible tool with which they can quickly call for help in emergency situations. Application to multiple authorities Although the technical provisions in these specifications mainly refer to the context and needs of the City of Kortrijk, these specifications also apply to the participating municipality of Kuurne.
