Framework agreement on HSE audits
PURPOSE AND SCOPE HSE audits involve checking whether the business complies with the requirements set for health, environmental and the safety area in the Working Environment Act, the internal control regulations as well as internal governing documents in Oslo municipality, especially the HSE instructions. IN attachment for the audit, it may also be relevant to obtain assistance in the form of advice, guidance and/or follow-up measures. The assistance will therefore be able to apply to both specific tasks that require specialist expertise and the section's core tasks. FIN needs consultancy assistance for implementation of HSE audits in selected businesses to confirm whether the internal control in the HSE area has been established and put into use, and functions as expected in line with requirements in the area. Based on previous years' experience, 1 to 2 revisions are procured per year. The costs have been approx. NOK 300 - 350, 000 per revision. The total value of the framework agreement over four years is therefore estimated at NOK 2.8 million, excl. VAT
