Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with the Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. Assignment The assignment concerns hiring of staff and vehicles for traffic engineering work. Goal The purpose of this tender is to provide a solution for the hiring of personnel and vehicles for traffic engineering work. to conclude a framework agreement with a term of two (2) years with an effective date of June 1, 2026. The client has the unilateral right to extend this twice for 1 year. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is made on a basis of evaluation of the services provided. Maximum contract value The maximum order value in the context of this framework agreement is set at €3, 00, 000 over the term of the agreement, including extension options. To the mentioned amount, no rights can be derived. There is no purchase obligation for the client.
