FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR HARDWARE SUPPLIES (2ND BID)
The Municipal Government of Taytay, Rizal, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION PESOS (PHP 13, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Framework Agreement for Hardware Supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The Municipal Government of Taytay, Rizal now invites bids for Framework Agreement for Hardware Supplies using the LCRB. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least minimum of 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
