The agreement includes both technical and construction work. This agreement concerns a temporary assignment (nine months, twice extendable by 3 months) for the necessary maintenance of the building pending the award of a larger comprehensive assignment that will be put out to tender later this year. Essential requirements for this assignment are professional cooperation, punctual execution, high quality standards, efficient technical management, clear & correct administration, timely & complete reporting, proactive problem management, organization of a 24/7 helpdesk and optimal digital collaboration. Maintenance is on-call and includes (not exhaustive): • Keeping all technical and construction elements operational, provided that compliance legal obligations and following guidelines from manufacturers and suppliers.
