The agreement includes both technical and construction work. This agreement concerns a temporary assignment (nine months, twice extendable by 3 months) for the necessary maintenance of the building in pending the award of a larger comprehensive contract to be put out to tender later this year. Essential requirements for this assignment are professional cooperation, punctual execution, high quality standard, efficient technical management, clear & correct administration, timely & complete reporting, proactive problem management, organization of a 24/7 helpdesk and optimal digital collaboration. Maintenance is on-call and includes (not exhaustive): • Keeping everything operational technical and construction elements provided that legal obligations are complied with and guidelines of manufacturers and suppliers are followed.
