Framework agreement groundwork The purpose of the agreement is to cover the client's need for excavation and mass transport with associated work. This includes both urgent assignments and planned excavation work. Assignments according to the framework agreement will mainly apply to: • Water leaks • Excavation and mass transport with associated work • Work with broken lines and the like, also in case of urgent needs. • Work for the client's business for technical infrastructure, roads, facilities and parks. • Smaller casting work which is naturally included already assigned excavation work (for example, a small wall edge or repair of a damaged wall etc.) • Other due work of a limited nature, such as skinning and rock blasting • Minor engineering work, measuring and setting out. It should too be possible to order work on the framework agreement that subcontractors must carry out, for example lowering sumps and blasting work. The agreement can be used for maintenance and rehabilitation services as well as smaller investment projects. Leverandøren skal as a minimum have the following machines: • Excavator approx. 15-20 tonnes • Truck for mass transport and removal Work carried out by the client's own personnel with hired/borrowed machines is not part of the framework agreement. In connection with the works, it will also include materials needed for the various operations.
