Framework Agreement for Gis, IT Architecture and IT Project Management Description: This concerns a European tender for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of GIS, IT architecture and IT Project Management services for the Water Board. Rivierenland (WSRL). The purpose of this tender guide is to provide various teams within the IDT department with high-quality and timely deployment of various specializations. On the one hand through the implementation of secondment agreements, on the other hand with the possibility for result assignments within the various framework agreements. Through (partner) collaboration with framework contractors, we strive for an optimal contribution to achieving team or department objectives. This tender consists of four plots. WSRL wishes to conclude framework agreements with several framework contractors per plot. Lot 1 GIS specialist Lot 2 GIS Functional/Application specialist Lot 3 GIS advisor Lot 4 Domain architect, IT Architecture and IT Project leader See tender guidelines for the substantive description of the various lots. WSRL wishes to enter into framework agreements for an initial period of 2 years and with an optional extension of 4 times one (1) year. The maximum term of the framework agreement is six years.
