The agency will therefore enter into a new framework agreement on the furnishing of cars with one supplier. Most of the cars that need decoration are vans with a payload of approx. 800 to approx. 1000 kg. In the first contract year, approx. 18 pcs. electric vans with a payload of approx. 1000 kg. After that, the agency assumes a scope of furnishing of 7 units. cars with payload approx. 800 kg to approx. 1000 kg per year. Small vans will also be furnished with it payload approx. 500 kg (assumed need per year 5 pcs.) and large vans with a total weight of less than 7500 kg (assumed need 2 pcs. during the entire agreement period). The number of cars to be equipped within one year is an estimate based on historical figures and is therefore not binding on the agency. The framework agreement's assumed and maximum value is NOK. 16, 000, 000, ex. VAT calculated for an 8-year period, including options. The estimate is made on the basis of historical figures and expected future use in the Client's best interest fine. The specific withdrawal depends on the agency's changing needs during the contract period. It is specified that the agreement does not entail any purchase obligation for VAV.
