Framework agreement on foodstuffs The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure that the client in accordance with current laws and regulations achieve a cost-effective and rational purchase of foodstuffs. The agreement applies to Levanger, Verdal, Inderøy, Steinkjer, Snåsa, Grong and Lierne municipality. Namsos municipality participates on an optional basis. The agreement must be able to be used by all units, both those covered by large households with a need for wholesale packaging, and small households with a need for consumer packaging.
