Framework Agreement for FME Licensing, issuing of training for FME, offering consultancy for the infrastructure with FME and offering consultancy for writing scripts in an FME infrastructure 2026_PR_00106 POLICY - 1 DataWISE stands for 'Data-driven Working is More Efficient Together' and aims to help cities and municipalities work smarter and more efficiently with data by bundling data better and making it accessible. Objectives: To set up a shared infrastructure that makes it possible to share data collect, control, reuse and make available based on proven ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) technology. The project involves developing and implementing ten generic user applications within this shared infrastructure. Three have already been determined, seven will be determined through a participation process. Sharing knowledge through a learning network, coaching and training. It was decided to use the well-known FME software as an ETL tool for the user applications implement. The assignment is set up as a framework agreement and is divided into a number of major parts. In the first part, different FME licenses are purchased, which can be done in different ways. This can be done by purchasing the licenses as well as the rental of the licenses.
